Course Schedule:
Official Days and Times: Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM.
Outside of Official Days and Times
Monday to Friday from 05:00 PM to 08:00 PM.
Saturday to Sunday from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
The program follows a bi-semester system and offers instruction in both Thai and English.
5. Expenses
Thai student (whole program) 102,400 THB
- per semester 25,600 THB
Foreign students (whole program) 156,400 THB
- per semester 39,100 THB
This fee does not include a delayed registration fees, student maintenance fees, English proficiency test, or university development fee for foreign students.
6. Applicant Qualifications
The qualifications of applicants must be in accordance with rules and regulations of Thammasat University for Graduate Studies, 2561 B.E. (Items 22-23) as follows:
Article 22 University students must possess general qualifications and must not possess the prohibited characteristics as follows:
(1) must complete minimum study requires in the Program Specification
(2) must not be diagnosed with serious illness or be in the condition that may pose serious obstacles to studying
(3) must not be those who acted against good morals or possess seriously inappropriate behaviors
(4) must not be terminated from the University or other higher institutions due to a disciplinary cause within 10 years prior to the application for admission
Other than the aforementioned qualifications and prohibited characteristics, applicants to an academic program shall possess specific qualifications stipulated in the Program Specification, and in accordance with the University admission announcement.
Article 23 Qualifications stipulated in the Program Specification according to Article 22 (1) shall be in accordance with Graduate Study Program standard criteria of Office of the Higher Education Commission as well as possess qualification as follows:
(1) Completed a bachelor's degree program or equivalent, including: Bachelor of Science in all fields, Bachelor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Dental Surgery, Bachelor of Nursing Science, or other related fields from a University Council-accredited educational institution
(2) have the GPA required for the course and have experience or achievement as required for the students in each study plan as follows:
Academic Plan 1: Coursework and Thesis This plan focuses on research, including the completion of a thesis worth 24 credits and coursework worth 12 credits. Applicants must have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.50 or, in the case of a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.25, applicants must have experience in research or work related to their field of study (with certifier)
In the case of those who are pursuing a doctoral degree in the Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmaceutical and Health Sciences in Study Plan 2.1 and 2.2 at Faculty of Pharmacy, Thammasat University and spending no more than 8 regular semesters of study throughout the program can request to transfer courses to complete a master's degree program in the Master of Science in Pharmaceutical and Health Sciences, Plan A1. However, students must complete the coursework according to the Master's degree program structure and must obtain approval from the Program Administrative Committee for approval of course transfers and must complete the coursework credits specified in the doctoral program structure and achieve a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.00, and meet one of the following qualifications:
1) Failed the qualification exam within 1 time
2) Unable to take the thesis outline examination within the specified period as follows:
- Study Plan 2.1 within 2 years from student registration
- Study Plan 2.2 within 3 years from student registration
3) The thesis or part of the thesis must be published or at least accepted for publication in a high-quality national journal, as per the announcement of the Council of University Presidents of Thailand (CUPT) regarding the criteria for evaluating academic journals for disseminating academic work. Alternatively, the thesis may be presented at an academic conference as a full paper and published in the conference proceedings. This must be accomplished within 8 semesters from the time of registration as a student.
7. Admission process
7.1 Applicant must pass the paper and interview examinations
7.2 Applicant must submit English proficiency test score of TU-GET (How to apply for TU-GET), TOEFL or IELTS. The English proficiency test must not be longer than 2 years on the application date.
7.3 Applicant must follow the conditions in Thammasat University Notification on application for admission to study at Faculty of Pharmacy in Master of Science Pharmaceutical and Health Sciences, Faculty of Pharmacy.

Total number of credits throughout the course 36 credits
8.2 Curriculum Structure
Students are required to register for courses totaling no less than 36 credits, covering the following components in accordance with the curriculum structure and requirements:

(1) Compulsory subjects 6 Credits
1.1) Joint compulsory subjects 3 Credits
1.2) Compulsory subjects in specific fields 3 Credits
(2) Elective subjects 6 Credits
(3) Thesis 24 Credits
